In the light of the ongoing health crisis, I am pleased to confirm the precautionary measures that have been adopted from our Business Continuity Plan to ensure an uninterrupted delivery of our client service. For the safety of staff and clients alike, we have closed the office and all the staff are working remotely from home. Phones have been redirected and emails can be accessed as normal by both advisers and the admin team, so please do stay in touch.
We will be unable to hold any face to face client meetings for the foreseeable future, however meetings can be conducted over the phone or via video calls. We will send investment updates on a weekly basis by email to keep you informed of the latest financial news and I am confident that we will continue be able to provide the level of support and service that you have come to expect from Regency over the years.
