New Clients
Regency Investment Services normally offer an initial meeting to all new clients which would be held at any reasonable location at Regency's expense without obligation. In order to make the meeting more useful we previously send a Confidential Financial Questionnaire, also known as the "Fact Find". This will enable you to set out facts and figures, enclose Statements of Benefits and leaving packages, any existing investments and so on. We consider it useful to understand your aspirations and objectives in order to give us the fullest picture and allow us to give you the best advice.
We have highly experienced male and female advisers who offer our clients unbiased professional financial advice at reasonable costs, with a view to helping them attain their personal goals; and we stay with them year after year to review progress.
Initial Meeting
At the meeting we use the information supplied on the Fact Find to discuss the matters of concern and reach an understanding of client objectives. It is then our role to suggest a strategy to meet those objectives and we outline the range of our advice and involvement for a future working relationship.
What Next?
We undertake the relevant research and prepare a Comprehensive Report which will set out the strategy in order to meet the agreed objectives and we supply all background information and reasons for our advice and recommendations. This may form the basis for a further meeting following which we would implement any appropriate action and investment in accordance with our Comprehensive Report.

We reguarly review client portfolios both in the light of changing personal circumstances and new legislation. Every client receives personal attention and may contact us at any time.
